Friendly staff, in a good location. Family suite was a decent size, had a comfortable double bed and sofa, and large balcony. It's a great place to stay, to get away from the crowds of Taksim, whilst only being a short walk away from the main square. Staff were readily available, and the room service menu was extensive.

Breakfast: I believe that by expanding the menu to include a broader range of cuisines or dishes, they could significantly enhance the breakfast experience for guests. Adding more local specialties, or even some healthier choices would be a great improvement. Cleanliness: I was pleased to find that the hotel maintained a high level of cleanliness throughout my stay. The rooms were spotless, and the common areas were well-maintained. Location: The location of this hotel is nothing short of perfect. It's conveniently situated near major attractions, public transportation, and a variety of restaurants and shops. Whether you're here for business or leisure, you'll find it easy to explore the city from this central location. It made my stay all the more enjoyable, as I could easily access everything I wanted to see and do.

3rd time I stayed at the White Orient hotel. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and facilities. Great value for money, around 5 minutes walk from Taksim square but away from any hustle and bustle. Good breakfast buffet and best Turkish coffee we had all week long.

Hotel staff are friendly and helpful when needed . The hôtel is close to taksim square , métro, bus stations , you can also easily find taxis if you wish to There is a convenience store that sells whatever you need and a laundry service too next to the hotel's entrance. The whole area is secure and walkable at all times. Breakfast was good and varied.

really clean room, paid for the budget room so didn’t have a view but you get what you pay for, if you want a budget stay you can’t expect a deluxe view etc- it was extremely cheap for the 10 days we stayed considering how nice the rooms actually were inside and how clean it was. the staff were all so friendly and welcoming, we asked for Turkish tea while we sat out at the front of the hotel and they didn’t charge us for it (plus it was really yummy). breakfast was alright too with cheeses, meats, breads, croissants etc. people have said in reviews about the location being on a hill, but I thought the location was great- not far at all to walk from Taksim square and plenty of great food places nearby. metro station to travel to the other areas of Istanbul was located in Taksim square so genuinely a great area- you can get an istanbul kart (istanbul card) which is very cheap and lets you use lots of methods of transport in Istanbul. it was very easy to get the hang of. Staff also speak good English and will help you with questions you may have about the area.

It is not the Ritz Carlton but the staff are really professional, helpful, smiley and they really make you feel home. The service was beyond my expectations. The value for money was good and I will come back. It is a little street but the parking is right next to the hotel which makes it easy to park, specially that in Taksim parking is not easy. Thank you again for you hosting.
